Try to record on a PC. IG can be accessed through a browser and you can watch lives through there. This is assuming that IG can only detect iOS and Android recordings and not PC programs like GeForce's screen capture, etc.

There's science to be done, for sure.

ig is configured to where if you block an account or alt account and they're linked in anyway it'll block that account as well...I was following him on my alt account...once he blocked that one I tried viewing on my main account and the search came up blank but his account is still active

him knowing youre in the live isn't the issue, it's him knowing that youre screen recording him that gets you blocked. Which I'm still not sure about, honestly. If someone can confirm or falsify this, it'd be appreciated! From what I've read on reddit though, there's been cases of people pausing their lives because they see people screen recording them.

I can confirm...he's paused his lives before...I assumed it was a bad connection or something
