He's known to have ups and downs. This one may take longer than his last time, but he'll definitely return. He was always a time bomb about to explode. What really got him this time was that he lost two out of three Instagram accounts at once for posting hate speech. He couldn't accept that posting those horrible things was prohibited, so he ended up losing the accounts.
In one of his last videos, he seemed to be either in Mexico or near the Mexican border. Let's hope he's not murdered.

I will be honest and tell you that, despite deeply agreeing with you, I don't give two seconds of my worries to that issue. Mostly, they are objectifying themselves. So, I respect that wish and don't even interact. But I guess it comes from a more profound "getting to know themselves" kinda vibe. They see those contents online but don't really understand what is involved in exposing themselves until they get the response they thought they wanted while noticing they cannot control it. So, they freak out or get all angry. It's been seen again and again. Some of them keep coming back. Others vanish.
I think the video was just some guy bathing outside in his underwear with a hardon idk if he posted after that but it shouldn’t have gotten the account deleted :/
