Well love is not always about looks you know. Some may be good looking but shallow. And many time people just want to be loved for who they are and not just their looks. It is obvious Freddie is not lacking of suitors in the real world, he came to love is blind to find love outside of looks. Sadly, the connection he formed just doesn't deserve him, she is so insecure and a pick me.

Yeah, they're giving off a Micah-Paul vibes, where the girl acts she's cooler and better looking than their partner (even though the guy is actually much prettier than them), and mistreat them. I think you got my response wrong. I am no team Cath whatsoever. She does not deserve him. I appreciate that when he was saying he does not feel he is good enough for her, his sister responded "may be it is her who is not good enough for you". Truer words can't be said.
