I personally wouldn't say that the site perpetuates the idea, but I will say there are members who aren't super strong minded, and when flooded with the love of large cocks present on the site, often start to associate their idea of 'average' to an above average cock. Just my 2¢

I don't think I can expand on my views on small penises without saying something that might insult people. As I am trying to be a more courteous member of the community, I would prefer not to say anything insulting or inflammatory.
Obviously I misjudged how people would feel about my previous post and I apologize for that. I didn't think it was insulting or inflammatory, but I was wrong. My views on male genitalia are extreme and based on the intense feelings I have towards my own penis. So my perspective on what is appropriate in regards to penis based conversation is somewhat skewed. I apologize for that and please believe I am working on it.

To get this topic back on track, I'm going to talk about the biggest reason why this site perpetuates the idea that average isn't good enough. It's the constant lies and exaggerations about size.
No one has been able to claim TP's $10,000 ten inch prize, but probably half of the guys here claim to be ten inches or greater. They use Photoshop and camera angles to a degree that would make an Instagram model blush, in order to make their dicks look as big as possible. It is almost impossible for anyone who isn't already large to feel anything but inadequate once they see some of the pics guys have posted here.

i disagree. i think it's very obvious that average is more than enough for many women out there. dick size is really in our heads.
The site and the people who created it aren't responsible for how some people take the whole concept of dick size way too far and way too seriously. Nowhere in any of the rules or forum topics does it say that smaller men are not welcome or appreciated.

Exactly. From the day we are born, we bombarded with images of what we are supposed to look like, walk like, smell like, from the top of our heads to the tips of our toes. Every image of a woman out there is Photoshopped, airbrushed, and filtered.

There are a million “perfect” things we’re told to do. Most of it bull from advertisers and movies. If we as women are starting to say ‘no’ to million daily messages, then don’t let somebody else tell you what some image of your dick should be. It’s yours own it. It’s perfect the way it is.
I don't disagree with what you are saying here, but I think its extremely hypocritical for you of all people to say that when nearly ever thread you have created is about how small or average penises are of no value, nor are their owners.
The site doesn't perpetuate any idea about size, some, maybe many, members do. Its the action of individuals that perpetuate whatever idea you might get, but the site itself doesn't make any claim about size.

Guilty as charged. I definitely contributed to the idea that average penis size isn't good enough. But let's be honest, my posts were far from the only ones to glamourize size. For every one post of mine you can find 100 more from others that tell stories of how great it is to have a big dick.
You know the one that stuck out to me? I read it years ago and never forgot it. It was by someone with wrist thick in his screen name. It was about how he fucked his friend's wife and how the husband didn't even put up a fight all because of the power of his big dick. I have never forgotten that post and still remember the shame it made me feel.
I think a forum is defined by the individual posters who make up its membership, because they are the ones making the content that keeps people coming back. A website can have whatever stated purpose the owners want, but content is king and the true decider of what a site is about.

Oh, that's such a funny joke! Just like all small penis jokes are "just priceless." So, yes, the site has always perpetuated the idea average isn't big enough (to say nothing of small).
No, the joke being big penises don’t need support, small penises don’t need support, average penises don’t need support. The implication is SIZE DOESN’T MATTER.
Of course the real joke now is that the forum became populated with people who do need help, not with their penises (which we all can see are fine) but with their heads.
I've tried to tell everyone Wally speaks satire. Having a "moral issue" with small dicks satirizes the whole big dick worshiping mentality of society, not just this site, which is a magnifying mirror of society, the phallocracy.
Basically, to my mind, he makes such statements to say, "This is how YOU really feel, isn't it? Shameful!"
Could I be wrong? Of course, all human thoughts are theories. Wally stays "in character" so he will never confirm or deny what I am saying (unless he responds to my challenge to do so).
