I'm not sure about permanent ED, but I have noticed that a lot of these fuckbois who have OF and do livestreams struggle to get it up (Zach Clayton is a prime example.)

This could be because they have ED, or they struggle when they know most of their audience is male, or because they just can't perform under the pressure of being on livestream lol.
