everyone on this thread definitely wants a better system but to use other countries as measuring sticks ain’t it. ex. the vast majority of people in the UK (g-20 member) have a low approval rating (%28) for their version of UHC. sorry but with how dysfunctional the US govt is coupled with the severe lack health professionals to meet demand i don’t trust this govt at all to properly provide UHC.
Bottom-line: In every other G-20 Nation, universal healthcare is considered a BASIC HUMAN RIGHT > not a privatized, for-profit PRIVILEGE as it is there in "Merica!

Despite the obvious flaws in any government-run, tax payer-funded Universal Access National Healthcare System, at least NO-ONE in those countries ever needs to choose between groceries and declaring bankruptcy vs affording the life-saving medical treatment they or their loved ones require
