Facts. They were dumb enough to submit their recordings in discovery and hand it over.

KFA was brilliant to bring it up in court as a statement submitting it into evidence.

Point being the prosecution corrupt enough to violate client lawyer privilege
Yet dumb enough to submit what they’ve done in discovery.

What was the point of even doing that ?

The point was to show that they can get away with anything as long as the (Legal system that's for the super rich and not the rest of us) Ruling Class is on the prosecution's side.

I'd figured at best he would be sentenced prison for life. Until its appealed decades later or so.
Still prefer him to be free above all else.
