New vid… road-trip with his “ex-girlfriend” Margarita… finally explains the nature of their relationship… he continues to put out this heteronormative image of himself, though his entire dating history with girls seems to be relagated to his teen years, unless he is really really good at hiding it… I would say it seems more likely he’s bi if anything, because it would have been an awkward omission to not mention the reason they broke up was because of his confused/changing sexual identity...

So far of what we know about his dating history… he went on a couple dates with a girl who later came out as lesbian and Margarita 6 years ago who is now is best gal pal…

Meanwhile he’s galavanting though Italy with Max (any idea of his sexuality?)... Hope he’ll put out a nice video of their time together…

So is there hope? :D
Wow... great catch! He replied to only a couple of comments and this was one of them. It doesn’t come across sarcastic either (he’d know better than to make light of identities since most of his close friends are gay/queer).

I know we’re all obsessed with gaywashing this boy, but just please remember two things:
1) if he is gay, he’ll come out when he’s ready. There’s no use in conducting graduate thesis level research to fulfill this fantasy when it could end up being harmful to him.
2) (and I can’t stress this enough), it’s his business. Not ours. I can’t help but cringe when I see these paragraphs dissecting this boys potential homosexuality… like why?? He’s not going to fuck you or ever meet you. Let’s just appreciate this boys beauty regardless of his sexuality.

considering his constant travelling and staying with random strangers, that's actually way more likely to happen than you might think

Hey Luke... I hear @andre1000 has a place you can crash at in Europe... He's got a warm mouth and soft hands too... :joy: :joy: :joy:

I mean, obviously Max meant recreating the general vibe and aesthetic of "Call me by your name" and not the story between Elio and Oliver but still his video at times feels a bit like a subtle declaration of love for Luke. At least it seemed that way to me. What do you guys think?

Yeah, Max was tapping into the aesthetic and intimacy of CMBYN, but didn‘t quite cross into overt romance I don’t think—though his narrative was a bit suggestive at times and like he said, he wants the video to be “open to interpretation”, which I thought was interesting ambiguity given the theme of CMBYN.
