Luke korns & mikey murphy (youtubers)

Someone found and leaked his grindr profile and shared pics here but it's revenge porn so it disappeared pretty quick since that's against tos
Also the mods don't like grindr/tinder or other dating apps screenshots showing up here as it can cause problems for the site

I don't like to speculate based on mannerisms and other superficial rubbish, but he has had a grindr profile that had his nudes. It's likely he is willing to be with men based on that. There is still a chance it was a ex partner that leaked them and someone catfished, but i think the crazy stalkers on here would have known if they'd leaked a normal way long before that profile if it wasn't a legit one.

Not saying you have a chance, unless you're his type and happen to be in Estonia or somewhere he visits eventually, but you can fantasize (although not sure why his orientation matters for that)
I just like to fantasize about guys on the same team...not really interested in cute straight dudes.

If I remembered correctly, Luke grew up in an uber religious family (missionaries to 3rd world countries, etc)...if he's gay, I'm sure he's psychologically scared...maybe that's why he's constantly on the run from place to place...poor little guy.

Why do you keep saying revenge porn? Discussing his readily visible dating app profile isn’t revenge porn.
Any photos that aren't publicly shared (like Twitter and insta when public) are considered private so if he shares his locked photos with someone and that person leaks them it's revenge porn because they are private photos

I'm not a legal person but I have seen other threads locked for it either way

It was me who shared his grindr profile. I only shared the profile photos. He did send more photos in the chat, but I chose not to share them. I wouldn't count it as revenge porn if I did because he's not an ex and not someone I remotely dislike. I just thought it would be a horrible thing to do. I regret sharing his profile at all to an extent

It was just screenshots of his profile. Which, seeing as anyone with grindr can see those, it doesn't classify them as private, therefore it's not revenge porn or anything of the sort. There was nothing scandalous on them, just selfies that weren't ever posted to his social media, which is why we figured it was really him and not a catfish, seeing as he was in the place the profile was seen(australia iirc) and since he never posted those selfies before, it couldn't be someone pretending to be him. But it's not like it was nudes, he wasn't even shirtless

Yah but if he shared more photos with you and you leak them, there's an element of privacy expected and I am pretty sure that's why it's classified as 'revenge porn'. Not sure if that's the legal term, just know another thread I was on that was what got someone banned

I’d encourage anyone claiming that a law is being broken to inform themselves about the statute they’re supposedly citing. First of all, each state sets their own revenge porn laws. Secondly, sharing pics of a public profile that do not contain nudity would not qualify as revenge porn in any state. It takes 30 seconds to google something and not spread misinformation based on what you think the law is

Did you meet him?

Didn't meet him. On the chat, unsurprisingly, pretty sweet and very chill. There's no doubt Luke's a good

That's what I thought.
A privilege just to talk to a fantastic human being like that

I was mostly referring to the rules on this site anyway, but also didn't see them and thought they were nudes from the discussion that happened after

Sorry to trigger you into a panic or anything

Edit: I just googled it and it is illegal in 48 states so now I'm not even sure what your point was :emoji_sweat_smile: either way it doesn't apply to whatever was removed

I didn't say it wasn't illegal in the US, I said to look up the actual text of the laws because they vary by state. Specifically, what constitutes revenge porn varies by state, which is what my point was. You were so close to understanding what my point was...

It's weird it's like it's the internet and there is no ability to interpret your tone or inflection to make any guess as to your entire point if you don't type it completely :joy:

For lpsg at least I believe any social profile is just avoided for safety, which is my full point :innocent:
