In the scene of his JO, if you watch it very carefully in HD mode, you can see that there is a bulge of a hard thing according to the shape and movement of the texture of his underwear cloth. If it's his penis head, then he must have been hard. And besides, the position of the bulge on his briefs when he JOs tells that the size is quite different from the one in the scene of his standing in front of the window. And I think the difference is between soft and hard, or semi-hard at least.
