Looked shaved to me.
He has a small amount of hair growing between his pecs. It also looks as though he may have hair coming in around his nipples, but that's harder to make out in the scene.
Hair is also growing up his stomach, from above his navel, so hopefully it will all join together fairly soon. That super-cute face and a hairy body - what a dream he is.

as long as we're not actually discussing the character in the show, like his story arc, and don't refer to mace by the character's name, and don't post screenshots or gifs from the show, it's fine.
i mean, peter parker isn't 18 in the movies but the tom holland thread is hundreds of pages long with tons of screenshots and gifs from the movies and the thread is fine. as long as the actual character and its plot isn't being discussed, mods don't usually act on it. unless someone goes around reporting posts

Does that mean posting a photo of Topher Grace when he was on That 70s Show would have the same results? Even though he's 44 today, he played a high school student and any photo FROM THE SHOW is against the rules?

yup. modern day topher at the age of 44 could be playing a teenager and we wouldn't be allowed to post screenshots or gifs of it nor talk about his character on the show.
the only double standard i've seen for this is the tom holland thread, where people regular post stuff from the spiderman movies and talk about the events of the movies, and nothing happens. but in pretty much every other thread, i've had posts taken down for discussing a teen character played by an adult actor, and i've see posts just disappear because mods won't allow any discussion of teen fictional characters played by adult actors
I've said it elsewhere... I confirmed with mods that I wouldn't be allowed to say "Mickey Rooney began acting at the age of 6" despite Mickey Rooney both being dead and having passed away at the age of 93. I also confirmed I couldn't say "Barack Obama spent his teenage years in Hawaii" despite Obama being 61.
It's insane and why I don't post here unless absolutely necessary. I got warnings for repeating a story an actor told about a meeting with a director when they were 15 despite the actor being 27 and for posting just a link to a New York Times article because the off-site article mentions a teenager in its story. I wouldn't expend as much mental energy trying to monitor my speech in China as I would have to do here.
