Make your penis more sensitive?

It is 100% pure organic gel, I was very careful about that, but I ordered the Cerave cream to try.View attachment 168777211View attachment 168777271
It’s odd because if it contains what the package reads, this product would spoil without refrigeration

It’s not ‘nourishing’ enough for regular skin, but ideal for mucous membranes such as your cock head
Massaging it with a firm dollop twice daily (prior and after @techpump ’s sleeve, so mornings and nights) is a perfect combination

Normally I wouldn’t recommend applying ‘something’ before wearing the sleeve but since you go commando - you have plenty of ventilation 👌🏽

100% pure organic aloe vera gel can spoil if not refrigerated, but it may take a longer time than some other products. Unopened, it may last 2-3 years, while opened, it can last 6-12 months if refrigerated so I keep it in the fridge.

Yah I tried to accelerate glans restoration using the Man1 Oil and wrapping up with the sleeve. I never got irritated or hurt from doing it, I probably tried it maybe 3 total times, but it just was a bit I don't know it wasn't that cool. Not really worth it. I did however put an oil blend salve made to get rid of pearly papules on my glans while wearing a sleeve overnight and I got rid of mine in like one month, and I only used the salve maybe 6 total times I put it on every 5 days or something like that. Worked like a charm and they've never come back in almost 4 years now.

But @freeballerlondon look at the Man1 Oil lotion, it's designed for penis health and it could be a good one for you. I don't use any of this stuff anymore, but for men who could benefit, it could help I guess.

The Man 1 oil seems to be the most logical solution since it was developed for penis health. Should I get the Senfla as well?

I think you misunderstand. I only provide information from a medical/scientific point of view, as an intact man, I don’t need any product on my cock and in general, I advise against it unless there are specific needs to be addressed.

I can understand why neonatally circumcised men attempt to restore some function lost due to the procedure and long-term effects (after all, desensitising is at the core of the motivation to perform the procedure), and any product that addresses keratinisation and keeps the skin + mucosa somewhat hydrated, will aid (somewhat)

I would *never* recommend anyone to put an oily substance on the glans, in particular not under occlusion. Fortunately, ‘Man Oil’ is a misnomer as it is not an oil, but a moisturiser. However, I would not recommend applying it under occlusion. Looking at its ingredients, Cerave is still a superior choice (and much cheaper)

The Aloe gel @BadWilliam420 mentioned is an option to use under the sleeve, but 1) only if fully absorbed and 2) without underwear on top.

The Senfla product will not provide any results the sleeve wouldn’t offer, and the combination of both could (in fact will probably) lead to irritation and chafing. I would never recommend anyone using the product, since it is basically an exfoliant. There may be a slight increase in sensitivity, but that is temporary as the body will adapt.

Hm. Your law may be different from ours: perhaps additives <0,1% need not be listed, or maybe certain additives are exempt from labelling.

Thanks again

@BadWilliam420 You look like an older guy, so this might help. As we age, our poor penis gets a bit chaffed and worn out, the glans especially gets a layer of keratin on it from rubbing on clothing, even just being in tight underwear, the contact of glans on anything except skin makes it lose sensitivity. The foreskin area below the glans too, that gets a bit worn out. The older we get, the more sex we have, the more masturbation, etc. and it all wears on the glans. ESPECIALLY when circumcised.

I have been wearing ManHood sleeves for almost 4 years and I will be the first to say that my glans is more sensitive now than it has been in probably 30 years. I'm almost 49. I used to wear boxers for a long time, then pouch undies for more support. But I always felt like my glans was lacking: it wasn't that red even when erect, it never really got that hard/erect, my penis was kind of cold or not warm especially the glans, and as I aged it took longer to cum. So I tried out glans restoration sleeves and after 2 months I was in the shower washing my dick with soap and it felt like a new part of my body. I couldn't believe how sensitive my glans was, and the foreskin. I got hard really fast, the head was so red it was nearly purple, and it was erect like the shaft. Almost not give to it at all.

After almost 4 years its like I have a new penis. So responsive. The glans is shiny in indirect light when I'm flaccid, when I'm erect the glans literally reflects light like its glass. When wet its as slick and polished and shiny as a pool cue. My wife loves it more now. In her mouth its better, in her pussy its way better. I can feel so much more with it now. I have to wear a sleeve all the time, I can barely stand even hair on my legs grazing the glans. There is sacrifice and the chore of wearing a sleeve, washing them, coming with plans for wearing them, etc.. But its fucking worth it. I'd never go back and tell myself "don't try it!" because it has changed my sex life for myself and the one I share with my wife.

You might benefit from a glans restoration sleeve. I didn't think it would work but it really did.
Id be curious to see your results.

View media item 17415561Here is me a few weeks ago, you can see how shiny and slick looking the glans is. It feels like a pool cue now and reflects light from any source, even indirect light is reflected off the surface of my glans, even when the glans is not erect.
