Konstantin Somov (1869-1939) was probably gay. He lived together with Methodiy Lukyanov (who was more than 20 years younger than Somov, but died from tuberculosis in 1931). Shortly after this he met Boris Snejkovsky who was 40 years younger than Somov. They had a close relationship, but there seems to be no proof that it included sex. Thanks for posting.
