Sorry again for such a long delay in my reply. I don't get on this site very often. To answer you question about irriatation, the answer in short is no. However I do have a metal allergy and since the urethra tube is inside some of the most sensitive tissue of the body, i could not afford to wear a cheap metal or even stainless steel chastity cage much less a urethra tube. That is why I had to go with the titanium version because it is a non allergic metal. The first 24 hours of wearing it after any duration of a break does create some getting used to due to a very mild burning sensation mostly becuase of the urethra tube stretching the inside of the urethra just a bit. But after 24 hours I honestly don't even realize I have a chastity device on until I go to the bathroom. There is a weird vibration that occurs when I pee. The vibration is there about 50% of the time. I think it is caused by the pee flowing thru the opening of the urethra metal tube.
