??? They’re from the old site which was called Jock Physical. They’re as real as (and frankly hotter than) the new ones on Male Physical. The guy who manned the old site and starred as the doctor in the old videos was shot to death by one of the guys he’d hired to do a shoot.

The concept lives on on the new site. At one point, the videos from Jock Physical were supposed to be uploaded to Male Physical but that endeavor has been abandoned as far as I know.

To be clear, they are different sites. MP was the first, a little bit later Jock Physical arrived, and yes the contents are similar but different. Some times in the JP series you can find more direct sexual interaction for example, bj and bb. When the first MP was closed, there was a short series called MP UK or something like that, but this site in now closed too. In the meantime JP was closed due the orrible fact, and after a while a new MP series appeared

At any rate, I always preferred the Jock Physical videos. Watched dozens upon dozens of them. Don’t know that I’ve ever even seen that many old videos from Male Physical.

Yes, on the new MP site you can find some of the old videos from the original site (not sure if there are all of them). The doctor should be always the same in the MP videos (expect for the UK version), sometimes blurred in the old videos. I don't know if the copyright holder was the same or at least two who shared something, but I don't think that on the MP site there are JP videos.

In the end medical fantasy it's just a general "story" that is used in porn, so they can both live as different entities even if the videos were similar. Personally I can enjoy both of them, it depens on the patient.
