IMHO those guys are taken advantage by studios so if Malik demanded 40K for first bottoming scene, good for him. If they paid him that much, they knew they would at least make double the amount with subscriptions.

See Bo Sinn case for instance: dude has been fired by the same company but his image is still being used to promote the studio. Even though he may not be the most liked he is certainly one of the most popular. Old scenes of his are still among the most popular and viewed. And I bet he's getting zero for the continuing sales of his stuff.

While models/performers need studios to promote them as being "stars," otherwise they are just another dude with OF, it's not a leveled field. Porn is about novelty. After the 3rd bottoming scene a lot of people will be like: oh, okay, Malik is not doing anything new anymore. The secret is to feed your audience different things bit by bit every once in a while. He's doing that. It shows he's playing the long game. Some other dudes are dumb: they get into porn and perform all the possible sexual acts in their first 6 months. After people have seen you doing everything in the book they move to the next thing unless you are very charismatic which is not the rule for most pornstars.

I mean some of this is absolutely true but it only really works in select cases. The idea of a porn star entering the business and getting away with doing the bare minimum and not doing some expected acts is only viable for "g4p" guys like Malik. Any regular gay guy couldn't really get away with that. That's the double standard lol.

Bottoming however imo isn't a requirement or expectation for any porn star TO ME. I know that isn't popular around here but whatever, idc lol. Tops should be allowed to just be tops without being pressured or forced into bottoming just because some thirsty fans demand it or some studio exec wants to exploit it for shock value.

Well u do have to be skeptical with men.com How many times has this site promised/hawked something and then not delivered. With Malik thry were touting he HAD bottomed in one of thier/his earlier scenes.....and didnt! They just want to get your money or as much as they can before they deliver...and thats only if they do.
