His manager has definitely falsely claimed that he is bottoming in the past ... like a couple years ago. I haven't noticed anything lately, but I just resubscribed recently and I usually don't read DMs. It clearly isn't Marco drafting those captions. Not that that excuses it. It's obvious he is a strict top. The latest post that spurred this discussion did not suggest he was bottoming at all. He just showed his asshole, which doesn't imply anything.
