I honestly think that this is less of a real relationship and more of a "hollywood" relationship. From what I remember about the GF, she's a good few years older then Mario, has lived in LA for years and wanted to be an actress but never really went anywhere. Mario, in comparison, has a strong YT and instragram following. So put two and two together to see why she has no issue with his BS. Not sure what he gets out of the relationship exactly. I guess a beard, but I'm pretty sure he's legit straight and his just a baiter.
