The challenge for many of these YouTube foreign guys: they don't have access to financial institutions that will permit sexual explicit activity transactions. Even if you can open your own website or get access to OnlyFans, you need a credit card or bank account to transact on the business side, especially if you want to do e-commerce. A lot of local financial institutions in foreign countries won't permit/authorize certain transactions. I remember a time when it was extremely difficult to purchase train tickets online with TrenItalia, using a credit card based in a U.S. bank. That has changed but it took them years (and a lot of demand) to make that change. Getting financial institutions in some of these locations to get involved with "porn" is a huge ask. It's not at all easy, and there is a significant learning curve if you're not multilingual.
