Markie lives in my city. I used to see him a lot at the gym, but then vanished. I remember talking to him and making small conversations. Never brought up his history... and since I'm pretty straight acting, I don't think he knew I was gay. Last I heard of him, he lives in a really rough neighborhood, he has face tats, and just isn't doing well. Really hoping this man turns his life around. His older brother recently died and I used to talk to his younger brother - who is openly gay.
Life hit him hard, but I'm constantly thinking of him. The industry did him wrong.

I remember his speaking out against gay porn, but then trying to resume a career again after that. Curious as to how the industry did him wrong? Was he mistreated? So sorry to hear he is not doing well.
From what I've read and from what he has posted in the past, he accused Rocco Fallon (NextDoor Director) of threatening his life. He became very concerned and decided to quit porn. Shortly after he was very adamant about the porn industry being dark sided and evil. There was stuff that happened behind the scenes that we don't know about... but for his safety he fled California and came back home.
He never was anti-gay, but was anti-porn... he made a human error of posting a website that condemned porn, and it so happen to be a organization ran by Christian - which porn blogs painted him as an anti-gay homophobic individual.
The whole thing is messed up... and I think it sent him to an unstable state of mind. I used to see him on Grindr and Tinder back then. So he was definitely not anti-gay.
Oh and in 2021 he was in jail - not sure for what...
Just pray for this man's success and hopefully he can recover from whatever he's going through.

I am worried about him. He posted a brief text post on his Onlyfans a month or so ago and went dark again. I hope he gets whatever help he needs because he seems to be a sweet guy despite his troubles
He really was a kind soul. He'd give me tips on lifting back in 2018 when we used to go to the same gym. I'm glad I got to see him as a person and not a porn star. I'll let y'all know if I ever see him again.
Is he in Vegas or Colorado? I remembered I saw his post having a boyfriend for a short period, and a short video of himself talking weird in the pitch black outdoor, which was very concerning. I hope he found help.

Porn really destroys people's mental health. This man ended up as a shadow of his former self he seems to have been suffering from trauma and abuse etc.. that explains his mental health issues.
All the best to him at this point this man will never come back as the man he was before. His career is pretty much over at this point...
