Mark and Ethan made a channel called Unus Annus where they're going to upload weird shit on it every day (body-waxing, making homemade sausages, painting each other nude, shooting each other with paint ball guns, drinking their own urine through one of those filter straw things, etc). After 365 days are up, they're going to delete the channel and the videos.
The bonus for the channel is for several videos Mark and Ethan are already shirtless and half naked and they dragged Sean into it for this one. It's amusing, to say the least.

I am automatically assuming it’s fake BUT if you zoom in really far and look on his right hip where the wire wraps around it kinda looks like the wire is taped to his hip meaning he’s not wearing underwear meaning there’s a tiny chance this could maybe be legit. Again, probably is fake and a damn good fake it is.
