Well, yes, I was not suspicious when I posted it and many others either, 9 likes were expressed and that is much more than 2 negative comments. I don't know plenty of stuff showing him as you say.
The way I can tell is at the base of the dick: it's not a lot, but there's some warping around the very base as well as where his balls start. The dick itself kinda has a slightly blown-up look as well. I've never seen other pics of this guy before so I can't 100% say that his dick isn't already thick, but small details like what I mentioned gives me reason to think that it's not that thick naturally
