Let's do a little analysis here (for science): Based on this picture originally shared back here by @Jason GayLight, he's pretty freckly but like many with freckles, the areas that see the most sun exposure have them show much more prominently - the underside of his arms, legs and inside of his thighs don't have them as much. So I'm going to say that unless he's naked sunbathing or cavorting around in the woods or a backyard pool naked, the shaft will be mostly creamy-white with some faint traces of freckles but nothing like the rest of him.
