No. You were claiming you were ripped off because you expected to get stuff for free and did not. The "fraud" you claim to call out is a false promise to deliver proprietary content without a license to do so. It's like claiming fraud against a fence who promised you stolen jewelry and either didn't deliver or charged you more than you agreed. There's an underlying crime, you're ignoring it.
