You come across as an idiot. What do you expect when you steal stuff or post stuff that is meant for sale? You expect a parade? Maybe on these sites, but not in real life. If you traffic in stolen/owned content, you should expect some sort of consequence. If you get off with just being blocked on a site, you're lucky. You could be sued, prosecuted, etc.

No. You were claiming you were ripped off because you expected to get stuff for free and did not. The "fraud" you claim to call out is a false promise to deliver proprietary content without a license to do so. It's like claiming fraud against a fence who promised you stolen jewelry and either didn't deliver or charged you more than you agreed. There's an underlying crime, you're ignoring it.
