I have to post and share I paid him for a custom and he made it in July. Unfortunately, his main mic went out and the video (which was a pg13 ASMR video) was essentially ruined. In the email sending the vid, he offered to redo it at no charge but that it would be 'in a few weeks.' Well here we are three months later. He stopped answering my emails asking for updates and he did not respond to a refund made via message on the payment app. Once I emailed that I was starting the chargeback process, he claimed ' i was gonna film it tonight bro... you have a video anywaz' Yeah, an ASMR vid with bad sound, which he KNEW was bad, that's why he offered to redo it. He may have had good intentions at the start but he must be getting a lot of money from his other accounts and decided to ghost me. I am not going to allow this to become the norm so I need to caution anyone who asks him for custom content.
