This is how it works: in the first picture, the ratio of the pixel counts of the fleshlight and the hand gives us the real size of the hand, since we know the real size of the fleshlight. Then it the other picture, the ratio of the pixel counts of the hand and the dick gives us the real size of the dick, since we know the real size of the hand from the first picture.
