Right, I would personally start NBP at like .5cm maybe even .4 or .3, so only a few mm are being gained imo.
What is your estimate of his nbp length now that he provided a measured picture?
Well in the picture there, I would guess the guy at 15.6 or 15.7 cm.

I see on another thread some pics, it is hard to see where the ruler starts in the proper one with the ruler, the others are sitting or soft tape. But I do think he could look the full 7, something about the first pic where his dick is erect by itself looks shorter than 7, but overall I would guess him now at 7x5.5 nbp

This. And also, zero mark visible is the most reliable method. Within reason. Most people have somewhat subjective starting points, but if the zero is visible, it’s hard to discredit as a NBP measurement.
More “true” than 99% of the crap posted on this board. I suppose you could argue your NBP starting point is a little generous. Still, great measurements.
