He’s arguing that the ruler is actually above his dick and he’s angling it down slightly. This means he’s measuring an inch of abdomen before his dick. You actually CAN make permanent gains like Dredd did. It just takes a long time, and you're definitely not gaining over an inch of length or 3/4" girth. It's allowed in the 10k challenge. You can even find scientific studies documenting length gains with extenders.

@sdp has a log here where he documented his gains. He stated out huge , but gained roughly an inch of length.
