I don’t see how anyone can put him under 9 with his measurement photo, even accounting for the flaws and it’s been well established Mandingo is 9 if he’s extremely lucky and almost assuredly under it with a normal erection (and those are indeed very flattering shots). You’d be hard pressed to find guys with would-be as long NBP measurements as Manning. There’s not many. I can only think of a handful on this site and a few elsewhere. This is all just talk.
