I doubt he's more than an inch longer.

He's the same length as Rocco and Ron Jeremy. He's made several movies with both. He's 7*6'ish.

He made several with Lex as well. Lex being somewhat thinner but about an inch longer. Jake also made a few with Mandingo - Dingo being the same girth at the base and of course about two inches longer.
