Rocco is not only 6.5 imo. I know thats what the insertable length of his dildo says but as mentioned before that depends on the anatomy of the person and their balls positioning. In some cases their nbp is more than the insertable length of their dildo. The companies advertise the total length including balls so it's not a case of "why would porn companies advertise their dildo as less than their actual length".
Manuel's dildo is 5.5 insertable; his official one is 5.5x6.1. The one that is 6x5.5 is just an estimated dimension by another seller. Do you think he is only 5.5 inches long or 5.5 girth?
The insertable length of the official dildos are a guide but actual length can be up to an inch longer depemding on anatomy (less than total length of dildo though). There is a mold someone here swears is Billy Glide's replica that is under 6x6.5 on amazon. It's called Cob or something. It does look exactly like his dick. Do you think he is under 6? (Maybe you don't think he actually got molded for it, but that is 1 example of many.)
