maybe if he measured along the curve, but as far as the pic go id say the measurement should start at 29.5 cm mark because you can see the 30 cm mark is pressing in the skin a little so thats going towards bone pressed territory. and it ends at 8 cm so converted to inches would be right about 8, but measure along the curve he might get a extra 0.25

I think they don't want to spoil the illusion of 10+" penises. Doing that would hurt their brand and that would mean less money for the industry,less money for the industry means the male talent gets paid less then they are spreading getting paid.
