You probably are already aware of this and were pointing out how useless that picture was (which is true), but the tape not being on the dick is usually a means of cheating in favor of the talent. In the Brett Rockman, it starts on one side, ends on the other, and is way out to the side (lower than the mound) and below the dick. All this makes the tape appear much shorter and this is one of the worst cases of that I've seen.
Also, you guys are bringing in a lot of "cam style" up under the shaft pictures and front view standing with dick pointed down ones. Both of those are typically misleading and will make the guy look significantly longer. They add things to the shaft which aren't really part of it (the bottom view in particular).
