No that's just the result of my calculations on this particular pic using average female hand size, and I greatly doubt Mia's hands are average sized.

I give him at the least today very high 8´s like 8.75, or 8.80, I am 100% confident he is not at his prime 9.25 length or prime bone pressed length.
