Highly doubt that. I've seen Lexington with Omar Williams. Lex is slightly longer .2" or so than Omar - only problem being Omar isn't even 8" - not even close I think.
Even if I'm being extremely nice to Omar and call him 8", it would only make Lexington 8 2" at best. Adding your 0.5" for Mandingo would make him 8.7" ... or even 8.75" as he's been estimated at over and over.
I know that's shorter than you like for them to be but so far it seems the most likely estimates to me.
