Snakebyte, I know you are well read on the medical studies, is the above true that there is not universal standard that penis size is measured BP or NBP in the scientific medical studies on penis size?

I was under the impression there was a standard.

Cielostrong2, I notice in the below picture you showed the ruler is directly above the penis in a straight line and not to the side or slightly angled. Also the ruler in the photo shows it starting the measure on the top and finishing on the top.
