Civitai is great and the available models are endless + LoRA for more perfection.
I got great results with Dynavision XL (for non nudes), Virile Reality for NSFW and Juggernaut XL.

Just noticed that max amount of pictures generated is reduced from 10 to 4 .. is that only me?

Sorry if this is maybe a stupid question but does medical staff e.g physicians/nurses etc fit in that category, too?
