Stop a little earlier, take bigger breaks (if time permits, it's ok if it even goes soft between sessions), and PLENTY of hydration. I'd advise keeping some water by you, and drinking it whenever you stop before PONR. It'll even help with bigger loads/precum, if you're into that.

Another thing could be changing up the type of stimulation. For me, stroking up and down the whole length quickly can be super stimulating, so when I'm getting close, I'll switch to just massaging the balls, or only rubbing one part of my dick (just the tip, lower shaft, bottom of shaft, etc.)

When you are getting close to climax stop bating and clench your pc muscle. That has stopped me from cumming. Then you also need quite a strong pc muscle, and doing kegels is definitely an advantage. You can google "kegel excercises for men", there should be plenty of tips. I've been doing kegels since my mid 20s (I'm 50 now) and also been a keen edger since I was about 25. My experience is similar to yours, bigger loads and more intense orgasms. My edging sessions are usually between one and two hours and I enjoy them immensely.

I totally agree with MilkDudd. Minimal stimulation is the key. I love to end long edging sessions either entirely handsfree or with just holding the base of my cock or my balls.

Yeah never be afraid the get a bit squishy, that fear stops you from fully enjoying yourself, and in general makes it feel like a task more than self pleasure. Yep, I've used cockrings before, they do help in maintaining the edge. Sadly they were low quality and broke off, but I ordered the LPSG cockring collection and it should arrive within a week or so. Will definitely include your tip about clasping the base!
