She didn't. Last I saw the lawsuit was dismissed.

The issue the show had was with advertisers and it's nude content among other things, which is why it went off the air. A lot of people were pressuring advertisers to pull their spots from the network (who didn't even realize they had ads playing in those spots) which put pressure on the show.

And it also didn't have the best ratings.

They're bringing it back on streaming where they don't have to worry about advertiser limitations.

Ok. But The "star" was contracted for a single season. His knowledge on production begins and ends there since he no longer has a stake in the show beyond his season.

The earlier link literally has the signed order of dismissal against her attached, thrown out before his season was even filmed so it couldn't have been that. here it is.

The show had an issue with advertisers and ratings. That had FAR more implications on the show than a lawsuit the judge tossed. Why else would they be bringing it back on streaming?

Believe what you wanna, but the facts are there in black and white....
