Hey, I have seen this before like the picture shared and didn't think too much of it, other than if big, dicked men might do this to inadvertently make a statement about their endowment. It's HOT to me.

But the other day I saw a guy at work I haven't seen in a long while. Good looking guy probably in his 40's wearing a really thick, heavy and somewhat gaudy silver chain around his neck. the chain was perfectly visible at his neckline, as it was short enough to not hang below his collar. I am wondering, does anyone know if this type of heavy chain is a sign or signal of a guy's sexuality or endowment?

That looks fake. The shadow of his dick is way too dark and at the wrong angle. Looks like someone photoshopped his dick and added the shadow to make it look real.

I wouldn't 't be surprised if the picture was photoshopped. I used it only for a reference of a guy with a heavy chain around his neck.
