I feel you're right that cyclists may have the best legs when they hit it hard with leg day. In that link you shared, the cyclist Rene Enders has some pretty nice thick thighs I guess Robert's sticks out more because of his myostatin condition but Rene's definitely are a great runner up cyclist for having thick legs that are not affected by a genetic condition.
