I'm surprised he hasn't gotten bigger, the guy literally looks like a male version of Barbie, in the 50’s and the 90's the major Hollywood studios would write movies just for him and make him a huge movie star and music record companies would pay the best record producers to give him top hits and turn him into a Tab Hunter or the male Britney Spears all because of how profitable his looks are.

They likely want him lean/toned for modeling variation. If he was bigger and ripped he'd be limited to specific underwear brands (which wouldn't be a bad thing for his fans).
