Why? If he is truly recovering and manages to complete probation, he should be good. I know that's a big if, but still...
"Swayze pleaded guilty Wednesday to a felony charge of failing to stop on a police officer’s signal, court records show. Prosecutors also agreed not to oppose probation for Swayze. Defense attorney Chris Rasmussen said if Swayze is sentenced and completes probation, he will be able to change his plea to a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest."

Wow the article said that it wasn’t even a DUI and he wasn’t impaired at all. It sounds like he just had a complete mental breakdown, I feel kinda bad for him
Any news? He looked really handsome in his mugshot I want to see more from him. Even if he does go to prison maybe he could continue when he gets out. If he got a good plea deal maybe it won't be that long.
