I don’t think he’s in jail. He had a trial in Arizona, and it doesn’t seem he went go jail (I did an inmate search and couldn’t come up with anything). I don’t know, you can look up his case at the Arizona superior court and it has the outcome. It seems like he’s out, but probably on probation?
