Being off social media and still putting out content on his OF are two separate things. He doesn’t need to socialize or interact with anyone on OF. He can just drop his contents and go. He’s not scrolling through endless photos and reels and videos. He doesn’t have to justify how he handles his mental break to anyone. And there is no right or wrong way of doing it.

Calling people grifters while you’re here consuming his content and being judgmental is just wild.

He's not posting anything new OF. He just charges every month for the same access to the same content. Which is why he's being called a grifter.

If he was truly needing a break from social media, shouldn’t he have paused his OF? Or is it ok to keep charging people for nothing do you think?

Not necessarily tho. I'm not trying to fight, just adding to the discussion so don't get mad

New people to his OF page can pay and have access to all his previous content that they've never seen before. The issue comes into play if people expect regular new updates and keep resubbing for nothing. But he hasn't said there's new updates either so he's not falsely advertising, people are falsely assuming something. He just leaves his page up and people can come and go as they please.

There's many OF creators who have done exactly this. Started an OF, got burned out, don't update anymore, but leave their page up to passively make some income. I've subbed to several of these guys knowing I'm subbing to see their previous content, not expecting new stuff.

People need to stop falsely assuming there will be new updates and he even was honest and said there won't be. He's welcome to have an OF page as long as he's honest with it, which is a lot better than 99% of scammy pages out there. So I wouldn't say he's a grifter, I would say this is an affect/trend we are seeing on OF as a whole after having a page for years.
