It's not mocking transgender people but non binary people. Transsexual people are still on a spectrum of two genders: either they have the wrong one, they feel they are in the wrong one, or they are hermaphrodites. Not every LGBT-supporting person considers non-binary people to be part of the group.
Its mocking both trans and non binary people and depending on the the non binary person you talk to they might consider themselves trans because some will transition in some form if they choose too. Hermaphrodites or now more commonly known intersex people have a biological component to their body that doesn't mean they fall under the trans category.

I don't hide the fact that my support ends with LGBT (and no more letters).I don't mean to stigmatize people who consider themselves non-binary, but I won't support a billion pronouns and fancy semantics, and that's my opinion. My native language is complicated enough. And the fact that we could live in a world where everyone would want me to call them by different pronouns is extremely stupid.
