Not everybody has to be a social activist. His social media is mostly to
promote his business not to be an activist. Social media is essentially his job so it’s smart to keep it non-political (just like most people (myself included) stay politically neutral at their jobs).

I follow him and listen to his podcast as a form of escapism and it’s nice to have content that isn’t political. Stuff today all
over social media is always so politicized so it’s nice (and good for your mental
health) to find stuff that isn’t to take a breather. Also Miles doesn’t live in AZ…why would he address what happened?

Continue fueling proof for my point while proving to be the problem. The “doomsters and gloomsters” are just people opposite of those of likes of you and sadly — as of late, I fear — Miles, who are privileged enough in one or more ways to avoid the problems the world around them faces and live in a bubble. Not to be that person but I can’t recall one person of color in his new circle of friends. However, in South Carolina are we to be shocked….but I also can’t recall a single one in his life prior either. Plus all of his new friends that he has recruited to promote and build his brand are also yt and/or privileged (I.e. AG with her following and Flipturn with their music and also following, even Molly; and their week long social media romance). It’s ok that he may wanna remain out of politics — it’s a scary and judgmental world. I still really care for him and would never completely write him, nor anyone off for that matter. But it does seem really strange when his whole message is positivity and the world being a beautiful,
mostly peaceful, place when anyone outside his realm of existence (yt, cis, pretty well off, business owner, home owner in 2024) is experiencing hardship on the daily to survive. Love him but would love to see some attempt at understanding if accountability is out of the picture.
What does he have to take accountability for? Like what did
he do that requires accountability?

Oh you actually listen to that …

I’m getting to a point where I can’t stand the constant positivity with complete lack of opinion, or at least awareness for what’s taking place in the media/government. For someone who claims to want to make the world a better place he sure does a great job at staying within in white, privileged, cis-man bubble. Surprised the women in his life don’t call him out for being so silent rn with his platform. But he’d rather use it to pretend the world is a great place, promote his business, and free-ball. I’m losing interest and my crush as I realize he’s kinda a p.o.s. with more than likely backwards views (based on his lack of accountability when it comes to using his platform to speak on actual problems)
This is so messed up. You want him to be a miserable sod like yourself? Jealous that he's happy? Get bent.

I don’t mind his happy/positive cringey attitude even if it all for show and he’s probably not really like that irl. If he is, then he a lot to be happy about. He’s living a social media influencer lifestyle and not really struggling at life like most of us. Mind you he wasn’t homeless because he didn’t have money. It’s cause he was house searching for those who ague he’s struggled before. My whole 4 years of following him on social media, I never once got a once of struggle from miles.
