Every time I’ve asked and he responded he just avoids the question and says “thanks for the support “ completely ignoring
He does that with me too. I even told him I'd CashApp him if he accepts personal requests and he just responds, "Thanks for the support!" lol.
Please tell me y’all didn’t just message him through the bulge snap story

like I’m not sure if it’s just me but I’ve noticed he has his ands in his pockets in any vid that has his lower half now

idk I just might be reading into things

Not him posting a gofundme for $50k instead of applying for a business loan
My jaw dropped when I saw that  like how you gonna buy a house but want us to help grow your business?! He’s too young to buy a house he should focus on growing his company. I feel like he’s bad with money lol

He's super impulsive. You shouldn't go from living in a van to buying a house house. Rent one first. Make sure you like the area. I'm actually surprised a bank underwriter approved his mortgage application. His life needs some stability. Quick to failed engagement now this.

The more I watch him the more annoying he becomes. Idk I can’t explain it

Him posting a gofundme begging for $50k immediately after claiming he bought a house is just nuts. I have no idea what his financial status is but from the outside looking in, he has a fairly successful business & a large social media following. Based on an analysis of others with similar followings, he should be raking in the dough. I hate when people misuse their platform. He needs to hire a manager & accountant asap. I think he’s sending the wrong message to his younger audience who don’t know any better.

frr.. like nobody is THAT nice n happy. I'm afraid he's scammed us into watching. Tg I never bought anything from his mediocre brand. he's so hot tho:weary_face:

He posted that he's officially a home owner because he didn't back out of the contract during the due diligence portion. lol no. You as a homeowner when the bank wires the money to the seller and they hand you the keys. I'm not going to be surprised of this deal blows up during underwriting.

He signed a contract based on a pre-approval letter from a bank. You typically have 15-18 days to do due diligence like getting an inspection and can back out of it without any penalty and will get your deposit back.

Now is when the real work happens. The bank will order an appraisal of the house and look closely at his finances. If they don't like something here they will not give him a loan or require a higher down payment.
