Mines did ship and is currently in Boston but honestly it would have to be someone BIG for me to purchase from them again the future as the customer service is quite lacking.

I'm glad to hear it, and I agree - I was thinking about ordering a back issue but I don't feel like forking over any more money to an outfit so lacking in transparency and professionalism, especially considering how much their products cost. Red Hot does a much better job (as one example).
