i mean, he dated a transgender ftm before debuting in monsta x, and he has openly said that he doesn't care about gender as long as they can make good ramen.
he can either be genuinely gay/bi/fluid, or he could just be queerbaiting like all those dickhead kpop boys.
part of me thinks he genuinely doesn't care about gender. in fact, i was surprised he put the girl pronouns in 'open mind'. from 'losing you' and his past statements/actions, i thought his solo music would not be targeted towards a specific audience. but then again, it could just be the homophobic kpop industry refusing to let him express himself freely.

what sets him apart from the queerbating idols is that wonho genuinely seems to support and understand the lgbt community, along with monsta x. something about how he is and what he does doesn't strike a fake chord.
he's been outspoken about understanding the community and (maybe) being a part of it. he seems like he knows what he wants and who he wants to be.

the only other idols who i personally think actually support the lgbt community are shinee, seventeen, nct, day6, and got7.
and maybe bts now, but with the exception of jimin.

he already released it a couple weeks ago, its done really well so I expect more from his solos. He also seems very cheerful and happy on all the social media promo he has been doing. Most be nice to not have to share the profits now lol

It’s been a little over a month since it came out. He’s not fully shirtless in all versions of the album but shows a lot. If that makes any sense. Lmao. He’s supposed to have a comeback already in December or early 2021.
